If you are on regular medication, you will be given a computer slip that details your repeat medication. These may be brought into the surgery or posted to us.

If you enclose a self addressed envelope with your request we will post your prescription to you. If you call into the surgery, there is a letter box for repeat prescriptions, which we always empty on a regular basis.

We will also take repeat medication request over the telephone between 1.30 pm and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Please be patient when telephoning this number, as it can become particularly busy at key times. If you do experience problems getting through, it may be better for you to post your repeat requests.

No matter how you order your repeat prescription, the request will take 48 hours to process.
