If you have any comment or complaint about your treatment at the surgery, please make them to the practice manager.
She will look into the complaint and try and resolve the problem for you. If the problem remains unresolved you are entitled to ask to discuss the matter with the Senior Partner and if local resolution fails then patients are asked to contact Ashton, Leigh and Wigan Primary Care Trust.
We would like to reassure all patients that we only have their best interests at heart and hope you will not need to complain but we are a very large practice and occasionally no matter how hard we try things do occasionally go wrong!
