If you have any comment or complaint about your treatment at the surgery, please make them to the practice manager.
She will look into the complaint and try and resolve the problem for you. If the problem remains unresolved you are
entitled to ask to discuss the matter with the Senior Partner and if local resolution fails then you can consider
taking your complaint to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
