Requesting Copies of Your Medical Records
Our practice no longer provides copies of medical records directly to private companies (for example, providers of private medical cannabis or weight loss treatments).
If you are asked by a private company to supply your records, you can access this information yourself quickly and securely via the NHS App or your online patient record access.
This approach:
- Ensures your records remain confidential and under your control
- Provides you with immediate access at no cost
- Is fully compliant with NHS contractual requirements
