Patient Parking

Patient Notice – Parking Reminder

Dear Patients,

We kindly remind everyone to park courteously and safely, not only for your own convenience but for the safety of others. It has been brought to our attention that some vehicles are being parked in the drop-off/ambulance bay, which is intended for short-term use only. This has led to some patients being forced to park on the pavements around the car park, which can be hazardous.

As you are aware, our practice serves a large patient population, and during peak times, the car park can become quite full. To alleviate this, we have already extended the rear of the car park to provide more staff spaces, ensuring that staff do not take up valuable spaces designated for patients. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to extend further and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We respectfully ask that you:

  1. Use the drop-off bay only for dropping off or picking up, not for parking.

  2. Avoid parking on the pavements around the entrance, as this obstructs visibility and could pose a safety risk.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our car park safe and accessible for everyone.

Kind regards,
The Pennygate Team
