The way repeat prescriptions are ordered is changing.
Soon, most patients will no longer be able to order regular medicines directly from their local pharmacy. This change is part of a wider NHS initiative to improve safety and efficiency.
The safest and easiest way to request your regular medicines is online via the NHS App.
How to Order Your Repeat Prescriptions
You can request your repeat prescriptions in the following ways:

We cannot accept repeat prescription requests over the phone

Please allow 72 hours (3 full working days) for processing

There is a secure letterbox at the surgery for dropping off repeat slips

Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be invited at least once a year to review their prescriptions with a doctor, nurse practitioner, or practice nurse. A reminder should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure you book an appointment when requested to avoid delays in your future prescriptions.
Electronic Repeat Dispensing

Prescription Charges and Exemptions
Some patients are exempt from NHS prescription charges. If you are not exempt, the standard NHS charge applies.
